The Idea
Emily Herring partnered with Mark Murray and Josh Allen to bring a fresh approach to the title industry in Lubbock. The vision: clear communication, responsive service, and a concierge-level closing experience.
Lubbock Opens
On October 1, 2017, True Title Partners of Lubbock officially opened its doors. Built to be different from day one.
Expansion Across Texas
Driven by demand and strong local teams, True Title expanded into Amarillo, Midland, San Angelo, Abilene, and Fort Worth — each office built around the same culture and service standards.
Into New Mexico
True Title crossed state lines with an office in Las Cruces, bringing the True experience to the New Mexico market.
Strengthened Foundation
Ryan Bigbee and Andrew Curtis joined as partners, expanding leadership support, legal and operational guidance, and resources for the growing team. Houston and Permian Basin offices opened.
